Scheduling Community Spaces



Here are the guidelines for scheduling community spaces at BFS:

If you would like to schedule an event in the Pearl Street Lobby, 3rd Floor Conference Room, 2nd Floor Conference Room or the Pearl Cafeteria Mezzanine please email Mary Osario, Assistant to the Head of School, directly.

If you would like to schedule an event or class in the Meeting House please email Catherine Clark, Technical Director of the Meeting House, directly.

  • With the new configuration of the Meeting House this space is no longer open all the times and when not in use this space will be locked as it is now an supervised space.  For use of the Meeting House it is required that you schedule with Catherine at least 24-hours in advance.



If you would like to schedule an event or class in the PS/LS Library, the MS/US Library or the MS/US Library Seminar Room please email Kathy Hartzler, Direcotr of Library Services, directly. Please be mindful that Library classes have priority in the use of these spaces.
